Services
We provide a subscription-based learning management platform for hospitality training. Access is granted per your selected plan.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access. You are responsible for content you upload and for your users' compliance.
Payment & Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
Intellectual Property
We retain rights to our platform, branding, and materials. You retain rights to your content.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
