After the global pandemic, the bartending industry faced significant challenges. The craft suffered a decline in overall quality and knowledge, with venues expediting bartenders to roles they were unprepared for and rushing through education and training without care for the individual, the guest and the community as a whole. Seeing this generational gap forming as a result of this, we decided to act. We created Origin not only to educate the next generation the essential skills of the trade, but to restore quality, heritage and traditions that define the true art of bartending. Our mission is simple, provide the highest quality training to bartenders, wherever they are in the world and whatever level they are at.
